Bulgaria's Herti to pay 0.06 euro per share dividend for 2023

July 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian bottle cap manufacturer Herti [BUL:HERT] said its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.122 levs ($0.067/0.062 euro) per share for 2023.

Herti will return to investors a total of 1.47 million levs out of its net profit of 5.37 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a stock exchange filing last week. The remaining earnings will be kept as undistributed profit.

The dividend will be disbursed between August 22, 2024, and February 22, 2025.

Last year, Herti paid out a gross dividend of 0.075 levs per share, or some 901,035 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Herti last traded at 2.405 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
