SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's consolidated budget is expected to be in surplus of 890.8 million levs ($534.8 million/ 455.5 million euro), equivalent to 0.8% of GDP, as of the end of September, down from 1.26 billion levs surplus a year earlier, the finance ministry said.
