SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 24 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Dockyard Port-Burgas, part of Industrial Holding Bulgaria, will invest some 23 million levs ($16.2 million/11.7 million euro) in building a commercial port in the Black Sea city of Burgas, the company’s executive director said on Tuesday.
