June 12 (SeeNews) - The revenues from telecommunications services in Bulgaria decreased by 4.0% in 2012 to 2.822 billion levs ($1,914 billion/1,443 billion euro) due to the sharp cut in wholesale rates and the fierce competition among mobile operators, daily Capital said on Wednesday citing a report by the country’s communication regulator CRC.
