February 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria will launch on February 4 a new road section connecting the southern city of Kardzhali with the village of Podkova, part of the road to the Greek border after an investment of 54 million levs ($37.3 million/27.6 million euro), the national agency for road infrastructure said in a press release on Monday.
