December 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria plans to allocate a combined 84 million levs ($55.9 million/42.9 million euro) to increase the penetration of broadband Internet in rural areas and bring high-speed fibre-optic connectivity to local administrative units nationwide by the end of 2013, the country’s transport, IT and communications ministry said.
