SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 18 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria may lose the right to administer the allocation of 610 million euro ($967.5 million) of European Union funding under the bloc’s pre-accession PHARE programme because of the government’s incapability to manage the aid properly, local media reported on Friday.
