Bosnia's net electricity output down 18.8% y/y in March

May 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's net electricity production fell to 1,277 GWh in March from 1,572 GWh in the same month of 2023, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.

Electricity output in March was lower than in February when it totalled 1,300 GWh, the country's statistical office said in a monthly report.

Electricity imports rose to to 375 GWh in March from 263 GWh in the same month of 2023, whereas exports fell to 663 GWh from 846 GWh.

Compared to the previous month, electricity imports in March rose 16%, while exports went up 4.7%.

Electricity made available to the domestic market stood at 989 GWh in March, slightly down from 990 GWh in February, and unchanged compared to March 2023.
