SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), February 9 (SeeNews) – The government of Bosnia's Federation said it has approved the privatisation agency's business plan for 2018 which foresees the sale of government equity in four major companies.
The companies slated for sale are engineering company Energoinvest, fuel retailer Energopetrol, aluminium smelter Aluminij and insurer Sarajevo Osiguranje, the government said in a press issued on Thursday following a weekly session.

The total value of the stakes amounts to 7.693 billion marka ($4.8 billion/3.9 billion euro).
The Federation government owns 67% of Energoinvest, 22.1% of Energopetrol, 44% of Aluminij and 45.5% of Sarajevo Osiguranje.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
