BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 16 (SeeNews) – The state-owned power utility of Bosnia's Serb Republic, Elektroprivreda RS (ERS), was forced to buy 782,000 marka ($450,900/399,000 euro) worth of electricity from the country’s other autonomous entity, the Muslim-Croat Federation, and from neighbouring states because of a decline in output caused by poor management and underinvestment in production capacity, local media reported on Wednesday.
