Bosnian unit of Croatia Osiguranje to pay higher dividend for 2023

July 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnia-based insurer Croatia Osiguranje d.d. Mostar [SAJ:CROSRK5] said on Tuesday it will distribute a dividend of 22.65 marka ($12.4/11.6 euro) per share for 2023, after paying a dividend of 13.40 marka per share for the previous year.

The insurer's shareholders approved the plan at a meeting held on June 24, Croatia Osiguranje said in a bourse filing.

The insurer's consolidated net profit came in at 2.6 million marka in 2023, significantly higher compared with 1.2 million marka booked a year earlier.

Zagreb-based insurer Croatia Osiguranje controls 97% of its Bosnian unit.
