May 29 (SeeNews) - Dino Strbek, an individual shareholder in Croatia's electrical concern Koncar, has proposed the distribution of a dividend of 15 euro ($17.46) per share from the 2025 net profit, challenging the management's proposal for a dividend payout of 4 euro per share.
