BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 1 (SeeNews) – Concrete measures for the implementation of regulations under EU’s Third Energy Package and on their transposition into Bosnia and Herzegovina’s legislation will be proposed no later than October 12, ahead of an Energy Community Ministerial Council in Tirana where the country is expected to present a unified state energy strategy, the energy ministry of Bosnia's Serb Republic entity said on Thursday.
