May 5 (SeeNews) - The stock indices on the Belgrade Stock Exchange declined for a third consecutive trading session on Thursday, as cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] paced the blue-chip decliners' list, bourse data showed.
The share price of Metalac fell 1.56% to 1,703 dinars on Thursday, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.12% at 819.36 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, edged down 0.06% to 1,658.21.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 28.8 million dinars ($258,200/244,900 euro) on Thursday, down from 296.2 million dinars on Wednesday, as 117 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 3.8 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 6.1 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Thursday.
