Belgrade bourse BELEX15 declines, dragged down by NIS

June 7 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange lost ground on Friday, pushed down by losses in oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS], bourse data showed.

BELEX15 dropped 0.09% to close at 987.33 points.

NIS lost 1.91% to 821 dinars at close on a turnover of 347 shares.

At the other end, aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the gainers, advancing 3.87% to close at 7,790 dinars, as 9 stocks changed hands.

Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the single highest turnover of 845,500 dinars for the day, closing flat at 1,900 dinars.

The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, rose, closing 0.12% higher at 2,198.16 points.

Total turnover on the Belgrade bourse fell to 7.1 million dinars ($64,600/59,800 euro) on Friday from 9.2 million dinars on Thursday. Trading in Treasury bonds accounted for 5.0 million dinars of Friday's turnover versus 2.8 million dinars on Thursday.
