March 18 (SeeNews) - The Romanian arm of global direct-selling company Amway Corporation expects its turnover to rise 5.0% this year from 91 million lei ($30.7 million/22 million euro) in 2010, a Bucharest-based daily reported on Friday.
The company expects the launch of new products and various promotion offers to boost its turnover this year, Ziarul Financiar (www.zf.ro) quoted Amway Romania branch manager, George Popescu, as saying.
Last year the company reported a 78% fall in its profit to 2.0 million lei.
Amway Romania has 50,000 customers and employs 33 people.
