January 27 (SeeNews) - Albania-registered Vertex Holding, owned by a Kosovo investor, has paid an initial sum of 7.5 million euro ($8.96 million) under an agreement to acquire all shares in local internet protocol television (IPTV) platform Tring TV from Albanian construction-to-media conglomerate Concord Investment, Tring said.
