TIRANA (Albania), December 4 (SeeNews) - Albania's producer price index (PPI) inched down by an annual 0.01% in the third quarter of 2009 but was 0.7% higher than in the second quarter of the year, the country's statistics office INSTAT said on Friday. In the second quarter Albania's PPI was 0.5% lower on the year and 0.1% down on the quarter.
