TIRANA (Albania), May 2 (SeeNews) – Albania's consolidated budget surplus decreased to 5.2 billion leks ($48.7 million/40.4 million euro) in the first quarter of 2018, from a surplus of 6.4 billion leks in the prior-year period, according to data released by the finance ministry.
