“By offering new opportunities for partnership, loans and other financial services, contributing to the growth of the financial sector and the economic development of the country, we are committed to offer innovative and professional services”, NOA said in a social media post on Monday.
This is the first step of a long-term plan for expansion in Kosovo’s financial services market, a NOA representative told SeeNews by phone.
In Albania, NOA has 26 branches.
NOA was established in 1998 by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to help Albanian entrepreneurs develop their businesses. It disburses around 30 million euro each year, according to data published on its website.
