TIRANA (Albania), August 10 (SeeNews) – Consumer prices in Albania rose by an annual 1.3% in July, mainly due to higher prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages, education services and alcoholic drinks and tobacco, the National Statistics Office, INSTAT, said on Monday.
