October 18 (SeeNews) - Albania's budget recorded a surplus of 69.4 billion leks ($761.7 million/702.9 million euro) in the first nine months of 2024, up from a surplus of 51.6 billion leks during the same period of last year, according to preliminary data released by the finance ministry on Thursday.
