August 3 (SeeNews) - Albania’s information and communication technologies (ICT) agency, NAIS, said on Thursday it launched a tender procedure for a 208 million leks ($2.2 million/2 million euro) project for the improvement of e-acts, an electronic system aimed at reducing the time for internal reviews of legal acts between drafting institutions and the government.
