July 16 (SeeNews) - Albania’s finance ministry proposed on Wednesday cutting the 2008 budget deficit target to 5.2% of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) from the initially projected 7.9% of GDP, after tax payments and customs duties boosted revenue.
