August 21 (SeeNews) - Albania's budget recorded a surplus of 54.98 billion leks ($613.5 million/551.4 million euro) in the January-July period, up from a surplus of 45.2 billion leks during the same period last year, according to preliminary data released by the central bank on Wednesday.
