October 20 (SeeNews) - Albania's budget reported a surplus of 51.6 billion leks ($516.6 million/490 million euro) in the first nine months of the year, an increase from the 16.29-billion-leks surplus during the same period last year, preliminary data published by the finance ministry on Friday showed.
