August 17 (SeeNews) - Albania's budget was in surplus of 45.5 billion leks ($47 million/43.1 million euro) in the first seven months of the year, compared to a 15 billion leks surplus in the same period last year, preliminary data published by the finance ministry on Thursday showed.
