September 28 (SeeNews) - Albania's budget was in surplus of 47.83 billion leks ($470 million/448 million euro) in the first eight months of the year, compared to a 14.36 billion leks surplus in the same period of last year, preliminary data published by the finance ministry on Thursday showed.
