June 13 (SeeNews) - Albania’s agriculture ministry said on Thursday it has signed a 254 million leks ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro) contract with a consortium of local construction firms for the rehabilitation of a water reservoir in the village of Bllace in the northeast of the country.
