June 16 (SeeNews) - Albanian asset management services provider Heritage said on Friday it carried out a real estate blockchain transaction, the country’s first, by tokenizing an apartment in the southwestern city of Vlora worth 60,000 euro ($65,700).
As many as 32 investors took part in the transaction which took place in a custom-made blockchain platform developed by Heritage, the company’s CEO, Dorian Husi, told SeeNews via email.
Heritage is planning to expand its blockchain operations with a portfolio of projects worth 2 million euro, the company said in a press release.
