The roads, with a combined length of 5.03 kilometres, will provide a connection to a road linking Elbasan to the Librazhd, ADF said in tender documents. They will also link to a planned automotive complex, Auto Moto Park, with facilities for motorsport events, a vintage car museum, a drag strip, and a kartodrome.

Auto Moto Park will feature Albania's first 5.3-kilometre circuit, which is being developed in line with Formula 1 standards, the Albanian road directorate has said.

The tender’s winner will be required to conclude road works within a year from contract signing.

Offers can be submitted until July 26.
