The chatbot, which processes user requests for certain documents and services provided by the portal, has been developed via Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI, general director of AKSHI Mirlinda Kacanaj said, as seen in a social media video.
Azure OpenAI Service provides simple access to advanced language models like GPT-4 and GPT-3.5-Turbo through a specific application programming interface (API). It allows for an easy use of the latest AI models.
AKSHI did not provide financial details.
The chatbot will be further developed into a more advanced version, complemented by visual and audio components, prime minister Edi Rama added. The Virtual Assistant 2.0 is expected to launch in 2024.
