Located in north-central Bucharest, the newly refurbished AFI Lakeview building has a total gross living area of approximately 25,000 sq m, AFI Europe Romania said in a press release.

The facility also has underground parking and ample storage spaces.

In November, AFI Europe Romania announced plans for opening a new shopping centre in Bucharest in the second quarter of 2022, near its Bucurestii Noi residential project.

AFI Europe, a subsidiary of AFI Properties, is a real estate development, management and investment company operating in Central and Eastern Europe since 1997. AFI Europe has operated in Romania since 2005.

The company's office buildings portfolio includes AFI Park 1-5, AFI Tech Park and AFI Park Brasov, while its only residential project is AFI City - Bucurestii Noi. Its retail portfolio includes AFI Cotroceni, AFI Ploiesti and AFI Brasov, according to its corporate website.

Based on data supplied by the ministry of finance, AFI Europe Management booked a profit of 1.85 million lei ($397,300/374,600 euro) in 2021, a slight increase over the previous year’s 1.83 million lei. Its turnover decreased to 25.34 million lei in 2021 from 28.2 million lei in 2020.
