The decision was approved by the Aerodrom shareholders on June 27, blue-chip Aerodrom Nikola Tesla said in a filing to the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.
In January, the blue-chip company said its net profit jumped to over 250 million dinars last year from 20.2 million dinars in 2022.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla's shares closed flat at 1,900 dinars on the Belgrade bourse on Monday. They did not trade at opening on Tuesday.
In March 2018, France's Vinci Airports signed a 25-year concession contract with Serbia to take over the operation of Belgrade airport from Aerodrom Nikola Tesla. The concession process began in December 2018, with Aerodrom Nikola Tesla's main activities mostly shifting to leasing and managing real estate, according to the company's website.
