March 6 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's public works ministry said that local firm XEnergy has submitted the sole bid in a 50 million euro ($58 million) tender for the design and construction of a 10.8 km gondola lift between Mount Lovcen National Park and the town of Cetinje in the country's south.
