February 11 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it has approved the environmental impact assessment (EIA) study of the planned 118.8 MW Bijela wind park to be developed by Dubai-registered renewables investor Alcazar Energy Partners.
