March 22 (SeeNews) - Belgian insulation materials maker Recticel signed an agreement to acquire the entire capital of Slovenian prefabricated building components producer Trimo for an enterprise value of 164.3 million euro ($181.7 million) from Central European private equity fund Innova Capital, Recticel said on Tuesday.
