March 2 (SeeNews) - TeraSteel, the sandwich panels division of Romania's TeraPlast Group, said it has inaugurated a thermal insulation panels production plant in the southeastern town of Lehliu-Gara, Calarasi county, following an investment of over 20 million euro ($23.5 million).
