March 9 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's state-owned BH Telecom will take out a syndicated loan of 390 million marka ($230 million/199.4 million euro) from eight local banks to finance the planned acquisition of its peer Telemach, a unit of Southeast Europe-focused United Group, on the local market and Montenegro, BH Telecom director Amel Kovacevic said.
