August 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust Sopharma Buildings REIT [BUL:SFB] said on Monday that it has decided to invest 30 million euro ($32.8 million) in the development of residential buildings spanning some 45,000 sq m in Sofia.
