December 3 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's Talija Company is expected to launch next spring works on a 13.8 million euro ($16.0 million) project to rebuild the Grand Hotel Lokanda, the country's first hotel built in the old royal capital of Cetinje in 1864, local media reported.
