June 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian engineering and construction company Solaris Holding, a joint venture of Bulgarian-German solar photovoltaic (PV) plant developer Sunotec and the main shareholders of energy and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria, said on Friday that it launched a new hybrid renewable energy park near the northwestern city of Vratsa.
