October 27 (SeeNews) - Romanian savings bank CEC and state-owned export-import bank Exim Bank said that they are lending 139.2 million lei ($28.6 million/28.5 million euro) to construction company Soceram for financing the construction of its autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production facility.
