November 11 (SeeNews) - Slovenian energy company Petrol [LJE:PETG] said it has increased its stake in wholesale natural gas supplier Geoplin to 99.35% as part of a swap deal signed with the state in 2016 to exchange Petrol's shares in gas infrastructure operator Plinohold for shares in Geoplin.
