April 9 (SeeNews) - Romanian seamless pipe manufacturer TenarisSilcotub said on Wednesday that it has completed the development of a 20 MW photovoltaic (PV) plant at its steel mill in the southeastern city of Calarasi, following investment of $21.5 million (19.5 million euro).
