August 25 (SeeNews) - Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair has urged the European Commission to reform Europe’s fragmented air traffic control (ATC) system to protect overflights during national ATC strikes, after a walkout in Serbia last week disrupted numerous flights across Europe.
