July 31 (SeeNews) - Romanian power distributor Premier Energy [BSE:PE] said that it has finalised the 88 million euro ($95.3 million) acquisition of an 80 MW wind park, located in the southeastern commune of Mihai Viteazu, Constanta county, from Spanish power utility Iberdrola.
