May 4 (SeeNews) - Cyprus-registered AikGroup, owned by Serbian businessman Aleksandar Kostic, said it signed on Monday deals to buy 613,567 shares of Croatia's Podravska Banka, or some 91.75% of its share capital, for 68.7851 euro per share ($80.48), as part of its regional expansion.
