May 12 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's state-run motorway operator Monteput said local firm Permonte has submitted the best bid in the tender for the preparation of a technical and economic study for the use of photovoltaic (PV) panels along the planned 169-kilometre Bar-Boljare motorway, which will link the country's Adriatic south with its northern border with Serbia.
