SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Friday that it opened a 1.3 million levs ($809,000/664,700 euro) tender for the delivery of spare parts within a three-year period.
